Hire Policy

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Deposit amount - 25% must be paid within 24 hours of booking being confirmed. 

  • The final balance is due day of collection or delivery

  • We accept cash and card payment

  • Your booking will be confirmed via email or text

Damage & Loss Policy

For hired stock:

  • Customer responsible for loss/damage

  • We have the right to keep your deposit if we find our stock not returned or damaged

  • Breakage counted on collection and depending on results will depend on how much of the deposit we keep

Cancellation policy

If you cancel the event with 1 week we will not be able to refund your deposit. However, the balance can be put on future event.
