Booking & Payment Terms

Deposit amount - 25% must be paid within 24 hours of booking being confirmed.

The final balance is due day of collection or delivery

We accept cash and card payment

Your booking will be confirmed via email or text
Damage & Loss Policy
For hired stock:

Customer responsible for loss/damage

We have the right to keep your deposit if we find our stock not returned or damaged

Breakage counted on collection and depending on results will depend on how much of the deposit we keep
Cancellation policy
If you cancel the event with 1 week we will not be able to refund your deposit. However, the balance can be put on future event.
