Hire Policy
How to Book
The easiest way to book is by completing our quote request form online, or by contacting us by email or WhatsApp. We'll send your quote within 24 hours and follow up by phone. If you're unsure what you need, just get in touch — we're happy to talk through your event.
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit. The deposit must be paid at least 72 hours before your event.
Minimum Order
We accept orders with a minimum value of £100.
Service Options
Option A — You collect, fit and return items clean, dry and ironed. Most affordable option.
Option B — You collect and return items to us. We take care of all laundering.
Option C — We deliver, fit and collect afterwards. Nothing for you to do.
Deposit Options
10% Non-Refundable Deposit — A non-refundable deposit of 10% of your total order value. Covers all damage or lost items — no further charges will be made regardless of condition items are returned in.
20% Refundable Deposit — A refundable deposit of 20% of your total order value. Returned within 72 hours of all items being received back in satisfactory condition, minus any deductions for damage or loss.
Payment
Deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due 72 hours before your event. We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment details provided on your invoice.
Delivery & Collection
Collection address: 133 Parchmore Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 8LZ
Delivery: We deliver to all areas within the M25, Surrey and Kent. A mileage charge applies and will be confirmed in your quote.
Returning Items
All items must be returned on the agreed date. If you have chosen Option A, please ensure items are returned clean, dry and where applicable ironed and folded.
Damages & Lost Items
Any items returned lost, damaged, dirty or damp will be charged at the Option A hire price for that item. For example, a chair cover returned dirty will incur a charge of £1.00. Any deductions will always be communicated to you before they are made.
If you have selected the 10% non-refundable deposit option, no further damage charges apply.
Cancellation Policy
More than 72 hours before your event — deposit is forfeited, any balance payment is refunded in full. Within 72 hours of your event — both deposit and balance payment are non-refundable.
